2024 RC Laser MBC/RYC Winter Series Results
Our
combined MBC/RYC (Raritan Yacht Club) Radio Controlled Laser Series has
officially concluded after 101 races sailed by over 20 different
skippers. Ten skippers sailed over 50% of the races to qualify for the
season that used a high point scoring system. MBC skippers taking the
top 4 spots - Frank Scalisi (85%), Dan Vought (76%), Paul Scalisi (67%)
and new member Kevin LeCompte (61%). Congratulations to all the sailors
on a successful season.
This was the first year we sailed at both RYC and MBC and the option of
the two clubs helped us to only miss one week of sailing. It also got us
steady weekly numbers of participants with most weeks having more than
10 boats on the line.
